Shipping Policy

We deliver throughout South Africa and to selected international destinations via Aramex.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

• Major centres (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–3 business days
• Regional and outlying areas: 3–5 business days
• International orders: 5–10 business days, depending on destination

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly on the Aramex website.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.

Collection At this time, we do not offer in-store collection.
